Lagoon Marina is a cruiser-friendly marina in Cole Bay Lagoon, Sint Maarten, identifiable by its trademark red building at Wellington Road 33–35. The marina accommodates up to 30 yachts alongside (rafted 2 together) with 9 feet of water depth and 45 slips. Amenities include free WiFi on the docks and bar, clean showers and toilets, laundry drop-off, 110/220V shore power, water, and dock security. Office hours Monday–Friday 8am–11am and 3pm–5pm; Saturday on call. On-site businesses include Lagoonies Bistro & Café (popular cruiser bar on the waterfront), Tropical Sail Loft (North Sails dealer), SMEC/Yanmar (marine engineering), The Business Point (yacht agency), Titan Marine Air (AC/refrigeration), and Nomad Marine (electrical/solar). The marina is reached via a marked channel from the NW point of Simpson Bay Marina across Cole Bay.
