I am a qualified IIMS marine surveyor and RYA commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore with over 30 years of experience, based in St Martin, Caribbean. I built my first boat from a hull inherited from my father in 1992, and I have sailed for 35 years across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, SE Asia, Atlantic and North Sea. I currently have two project boats, and I live, eat, sleep and breathe marine systems!

I provide pre-purchase and damage surveys, rigging inspections, charter phase-out inspections, insurance valuations, tonnage measurements, vessel walkthroughs for remote buyers, yacht deliveries, own-boat tuition, refit consultation and project management, systems installation guidance (electrical, plumbing, steering, engine), and sales/purchase assistance for both buyers and sellers.
