BWA Yachting's Caribbean headquarters is based at Plaza del Lago, Simpson Bay Marina. Part of a global yacht agency network with offices across the Mediterranean and Caribbean, they offer captains seamless continuity of service across regions. The SXM team — led by Regional HQ Director Lucille Frye — covers the full spectrum of shore support including customs clearance, premium provisioning (sourced from European markets and delivered to berth or anchorage), fuel bunkering, crew assistance, concierge, and 24/7 technical support.
