International Marine Management (IMM) is a leading superyacht refit and technical services company operating across three sites in Sint Maarten: Isle de Sol Marina, Dock Maarten, and the IMM SXM Shipyard in Cole Bay — a 20,000m² facility formerly known as Bobby's Megayard, taken over by IMM on 1 January 2026. The Cole Bay shipyard is equipped with 150- and 75-ton Travelifts, capable of handling vessels up to 12ft draft and 33ft beam. Combined with sister company FKG Marine, IMM fields a 60+ person technical team covering: haul-out and storage, certified welding of all metals, full machining, hydraulics, composite and carbon work, paintwork, teak decking, interior carpentry, tank cleaning, valve overhaul, and class survey support. IMM provides 24/7 emergency technical support throughout the season (+1 202 255 7488), flag and radio surveys, LSA services, and lifting equipment inspections. Founded by Fabrice Maitre and Norina Edelman. IMM's remote shipyard service (IMM A.WAY) supports clients in the USA and globally.
