Shrimpy's, run by Mike, is a waterfront cruiser services hub located on the edge of the lagoon near the French bridge, Sandy Ground, Saint-Martin (French side). Services include a service laundry, internet cafe, and second-hand marine chandlery — practical amenities for visiting sailors during haul-outs or extended stays. Cheap crew accommodation is also available, making Shrimpy's a one-stop base for crews whose boats are in the yard. Mike also runs the daily cruisers' net, making Shrimpy's a well-known community fixture on the French side.
