David Walters Yachts is one of the most established and highly regarded yacht brokerages in the United States and Caribbean, founded in 1982 by David Walters Sr. With offices in Annapolis, Fort Lauderdale, and Simpson Bay, the company specialises in quality sail and motor yachts — from cruising sailboats to mega yachts. Their SXM broker Chris LaFrance is based in Simpson Bay and offers the full DWY service: buyer representation, listing agent services, and access to DWY's global network of listings on YachtWorld and through their MLS system. DWY also represents new builds including Grand Soleil and Offshore performance sailing yachts.
