About

Proserv Marine is a marine hydraulics and controls specialist based in Sint Maarten, founded by three experienced engineers. Luke Sheppard (Co-Founder) started in marine engineering in 2007, worked 8 years on ultra-deepwater semi-submersibles and drill ships in oil and gas, then 5 years in Caribbean marine. Don Terwilliger (Co-Founder) is an Ohio State engineering graduate specialising in closed-loop motion control system design, start-up and troubleshooting, with a personal passion for sailboat racing (First 47.7 'Dauntless'). Russell Long (Co-Founder) brings 25 years of marine electrical and electronics experience from Charleston SC, relocated to St. Maarten in 2019. Services: custom hydraulic hose assemblies (Kurt Hydraulics and other brands, steel and stainless steel), marine hydraulics and controls from basic repairs to complex closed-loop motion control, and marine instrumentation and electrical.
